Protests were held yesterday on Kanu Street, Nakuru, Kenya, over the ritual killings of 7 commercial sex workers in different towns. The protesters asked the police to ensure safety of the group following the killings. The
4 victims killed in Nakuru were strangled and their heads skinned. They’re found naked, with their clothes placed neatly beside them.
One of the victims had her eyes gouged out and her nose, tongue and ears chopped off. National Movement for Sex Workers Alliance official, Grace Kamau, said Nakuru was leading in the number of such killings. In Nyahururu, the body of Eunice Wanjku Njuguna, 29, was found in the room which she had booked with an unknown man on Saturday night…. R.I.P to them…..
