WHAT STANDS AS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS TWO CERTIFICATES??

Why does a BSC holder discriminate an HND holder??? Even when they apply for jobs a BSC holder is paid heavily and the HND holder is paid less. why do u think this is prejudice is happening in our country Nigeria??
